Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the performance of the top five applications in this category during the fourth quarter of 2020.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced a noticeable increase in downloads, peaking at around 102K in the last week of December. The app's revenue also showed an upward trend, closing the quarter with approximately $313K in the final week. Weekly active users saw a rise, reaching nearly 2M by the end of December.

Zwift: Ride and Run also had a positive quarter, with revenue climbing to roughly $224K in the final week of December. Downloads for Zwift grew, hitting approximately 9.7K in the last week, and the app's active users increased to around 43K in the same period.

The Courtney Black Fitness app saw varied revenue throughout the quarter, with a notable week in November generating around $206K. Downloads spiked to nearly 5.7K at the end of December, although there was no available data on weekly active users for the app.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter remained a popular choice, with downloads reaching approximately 67K in the final week of December. Revenue followed a slightly fluctuating pattern, ending the quarter at around $169K. The app's weekly active users had a significant jump, closing at over 2.5M.

Lastly, WeightWatchers: Weight Health saw its downloads surge to roughly 33K in the last week of December. Despite some fluctuations, the revenue for WeightWatchers ended on a high note at about $165K. Active users, however, experienced a dip during the quarter, ending at around 49K.
